Erin Boynton-Seeley

Erin Boynton-Seeley is the Broker Owner of RE/MAX Summit Group Realty Brokerage and a trusted local Realtor in Grey Highlands. She helps families and long-time homeowners move with clarity, steady guidance, and honest advice, whether they are upsizing, downsizing, or buying their first home in a rural community. Erin is known for her deep knowledge of Grey County properties, septic systems, waterfront homes, and the real-life details that matter when you’re making a move.

Hi there. I’m Erin Boynton-Seeley, Broker-Owner of RE/MAX Summit Group Realty and proud leader of the EBS Summit Group.

You could say real estate runs in my blood. My parents have been in the business for over 30 years. I grew up in Eugenia listening to them talk listings and negotiations around the kitchen table, tagging along to showings, and flipping through those thick old MLS books in their Flesherton office. 

Today, I have four grown boys and four beautiful grandbabies who light up my world. I’ve had the joy of helping my own kids buy their first homes and later sell and upsize as their families grew. That experience gives me an even deeper understanding of what many of my clients are going through right now. 

I got licensed back in 2000 when my two oldest were little, and I’ve been all-in ever since. The tools and technology have evolved a lot since the days of faxed offers and pagers, but what hasn’t changed is my commitment to making every move as smooth and stress-free as possible. 

Over the past 25 years, I’ve helped hundreds of families move through different chapters of life, from first homes to forever homes and everything in between. I’ve also lived it myself. We’ve bought, sold, and built several times, so I know firsthand the emotions that come with selling a home you love and the excitement (and sometimes chaos) of moving into a new one. 

That’s why I created my Smooth Move Method, a proven step-by-step system that helps clients feel confident and supported every step of the way. Because your move should feel exciting, not overwhelming. 

My approach is simple: be real, be resourceful, and be results-driven. I’ll never inflate numbers just to win a listing or sugarcoat what’s happening in the market. I believe in honesty, strong communication, and doing what I say I’ll do. My marketing is intentional, my process is refined, and my clients know they’re in good hands. 

As a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), I bring both strategy and heart to every deal, advocating for your best outcome while keeping the process grounded and human.

Casey Mascarin

REALTOR®

Casey is a proud mom of two sweet boys, a curious three-year-old and his easygoing baby brother. She and her family love the simple joys of country life, whether it’s wandering through local markets, exploring nature trails, or chasing giggles at the park. 

Originally from Brampton, Casey studied psychology at the University of Guelph before spending several exciting years in downtown Toronto. During that time, she bartended in bustling city spots where she learned how to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and deliver great customer service. Those years also sharpened her communication and problem-solving skills, qualities that now help her connect with clients and navigate the fast-moving world of real estate. 

In 2019, Casey and her husband traded the city for the country, embracing a slower, more grounded lifestyle to raise a family. They bought their home here when they made the move, so she understands firsthand all the emotions that come with buying a home and starting fresh in a new community. The following year, she joined us here at RE/MAX, where her passion for real estate truly began. 

Casey is passionate about helping buyers navigate their journey to finding and buying a home that feels right for them. She takes pride in being a calm, knowledgeable guide through the process, ensuring her clients feel supported every step of the way. Today, she blends her love of community, people, and home while raising her boys in the fresh air and open spaces she always dreamed of.

Devin Seeley

RH Manager

Devin has lived in Grey Highlands his entire life. He grew up in the village of Feversham and spent many weekends on his grandparents’ farm, where he developed a lifelong love of the outdoors. When he wasn’t out exploring, fishing, or hunting, you’d find him at the arena playing hockey in the winter or on the baseball field in the summer, all passions that have stayed with him. 

When the opportunity came to purchase his Nana’s farm, Devin didn’t think twice. It took a little convincing to get Erin on board, but she now admits he was right. Together, they’ve spent many years raising their four boys and watching them enjoy the same farm life Devin loved growing up. 

Devin has been part of the real estate world since Erin began her career over 25 years ago and has become an important part of the EBS Summit Group. After Erin’s dad retired, Devin stepped in as the RH Manager, helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. 

When he’s not working with the team, you’ll find Devin at the farm or spending time with his grandchildren, who are truly the light of his life.

Sylvia L.

Client Services Coordinator

Sylvia is the friendly face who greets clients when they walk through the door and keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. As our Listing Coordinator and Client Care lead, she brings a calm, organized presence to every part of the process, making sure every detail is handled with care. 

Before joining the team, Sylvia worked as a law clerk in a busy law firm, where she mastered document management, organization, and attention to detail. Those same skills now serve her well in real estate, ensuring each client’s experience is clear, efficient, and stress-free. 

After living in Toronto, Sylvia and her husband made the move to the country over 20 years ago. When she’s not in the office, she’s often at the barn with her horse or spending time with her dog. She also loves gardening and enjoying what she calls a slower pace of life, though anyone who knows her would agree that most people would have a hard time keeping up. Sylvia’s motto is simple but fitting: Keep it Simple.
